The Foundation Performing Arts & Conference Center
The Foundation, a 61,000-sq. ft. facility, houses the Performing Arts and Conference Center as well as the college’s Continuing Education Center. The facility includes the 1300 seat Frank and Mabel West Auditorium, as well as an additional 7,500 sq. ft. of meeting and banquet space. The Performing Arts & Conference Center plays host to an array of events from concerts, plays, dance recitals and lectures, to trade shows, business retreats, reunions and wedding receptions.

The Frank and Mabel West Auditorium is a 1300 fixed seat proscenium, 812 on the floor level and 488 on the balcony level, which includes box seats located on both levels. The stage is equipped with a counterweighted fly system (50 lines), fixed electrics, two follow spots, computer lighting control (ETC Insight 3), digital audio control board (Yamaha M7CL), a manually operated orchestra pit for up to 30 musicians, two large dressing rooms (15+ stations, toilets and showers), a small green room / star dressing room, a large loading dock at stage level with space for one truck, ample wing space, Clearcom communications, and a professional non-union crew.
Meeting and Banquet Rooms
The conference center includes the lobby plus two meeting/event spaces. Both meeting/event spaces include an HD Video Projector, a retractable screen and ceiling mounted speakers. All areas have WiFi access. Catering services are provided by 9 approved caterers.
Conference Room A is a 40-ft x 43-ft carpeted, open space that can accommodate 160 Theatre Seating, 52 Classroom Seating and 88 Banquet Seating.
Conference Room B is a 40-ft X 33-ft carpeted, open space that can accommodate 120 Theatre Seating, 40 Classroom Seating, and 56 Banquet Seating.
The Lobby is a 4460-sq. ft. open area located between the two conference rooms, with a 12-ft. wide balcony on 3 sides, overlooking the main lobby floor. The east wall of the lobby is glass and overlooks Lake Imogene. The space will accommodate banquets for up to 350 seated or 800 standing, or tradeshow booths with various configurations.
